A 17-hour stand-off in Columbus County ends with a man behind bars. Thirty-one-year-old Timothy Toomer held a 19-year-old girl who is the mother of his son, hostage in Chadbourn early this morning and in to this afternoon. Now, he's in the Columbus County jail. Full story...
