A fugitive wanted in several states has been captured in our area. Nineteen-year-old Clifforinado Dye was arrested by the New Hanover County Sheriff's Department during a traffic stop Wednesday morning.

We're all watching that storm waiting to see what it will do. No need to panic, but it is a good opportunity to make sure you're ready.
