Gabrielle passes through Outer Banks with little impact

Ferry service has resumed to Ocracoke Island as remnants of Tropical Storm Gabrielle moved away from North Carolina. Ferry service was suspended yesterday because of the storm, which brought 50 miles per hour winds and up to eight inches of rain to the Outer Banks. Full story...
