They say 16-year-old Christina Nicole Ward is a frequent runaway. She is also wanted for violating parole. Ms. Ward may also be with Wanda Stoddard of Ash. The sheriff's office has warrants on file for Mrs. Stoddard, for attributing to delinquency of a minor. The family could not take care of this precious poodle, so they dropped her off at the Topsail Humane Society. Her foster mom said she is a really sweet girl, who gets along well with other animals.
