To help needy New Hanover County kids, Toys for Tots is teaming up with the Harley Davidson store in Wilmington.

The incident happened on Veterans' Day, at the Taco Bell off Village Road in Leland. Police say the man in the picture ordered a large beverage for $1.50, then asked the clerk for change for other bills. During this cash exchange, the clerk was apparently tricked into giving the man $150.
If you know who the man in the surveillance photo is, call the Leland Police Department at (910) 371-1100.
