Man allegedly scams a Taco Bell

Police in Leland are looking for a man who allegedly scammed a Taco Bell worker out of $150 dollars.

The incident happened on Veterans' Day, at the Taco Bell off Village Road in Leland. Police say the man in the picture ordered a large beverage for $1.50, then asked the clerk for change for other bills. During this cash exchange, the clerk was apparently tricked into giving the man $150.

Budget cuts are likely on the way for the city of Wilmington. City Council expects the amount of money the city gets from property and sales tax to drop this fiscal year.
