It's that time of year again. Go to any animal shelter or humane society right now and you will probably notice an abundance of kittens. This is Cooney, so named for his raccoon-ish looks. Cooney and his siblings are anxiously awaiting a home at New Hanover County animal control. This 2-month old kitty is already neutered.
