Since the work began they've been forced to shut off the power on two different occasions.
There were no plans to shut it off at around eleven o'clock on Thursday morning, however.

The group was created four years ago by six people who moved to Wilmington, not knowing a soul. Now the club has nearly four-hundred active members of all ages.

Brett Hobbs was scheduled to appear in Brunswick County Court today, but the appearance was postponed. Hobbs was arrested last month and charged with felony larceny and conspiracy.
