Three people are now confirmed dead after yesterday's explosion in a factory that produces Slim Jims in Garner, NC.
Officials say 300 workers were in the plant when the blast occurred at ConAgra Foods just east of Raleigh.

A North Carolina man has died after he stabbed his girlfriend and set himself on fire. The Daily News of Jacksonville reported that 39-year-old Rodney Douglas of Jacksonville died about 1 p.m. Tuesday at a Chapel Hill hospital.
