video If you're in the market for a new car, New Years Eve is the last day to get a great end of the year deal before 2011. According to the website, some of the best days to buy a new car fall in the final two weeks of the year, and the least expensive deals are on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry or WARM is heating up the Cape Fear this winter. WARM helps low-income, elderly and disabled residents in the area rebuild their homes and make their quality of life more livable.

UNCW tops Toledo to end 2010 on winning note

Lottery ticket sales increased among poor counties

video Columbus county is among the 20 poorest counties in North Carolina. According to a recent investigation by the North Carolina Policy Watch, Columbus county also has one of the highest sales in lottery tickets.
