The woman accused of hitting 21-year-old Cody Khan earlier this month and then driving away was in court facing numerous charges this morning. It was a busy day in court for Kane, who had to be in two separate courtrooms for four separate charges. New Hanover County's public transportation could be getting closer to making waves at the beach. The Cape Fear Public Transportation Authority is considering charging residents more to have a car to help finance new bus routes to the beach towns. Full story...
