A plan has been agreed upon for Brett to remain a part of the team that would also comply with North Carolina High School Athletic Association regulations. It will allow him to participate actively and give him the opportunity to feel as a part of his team.
He will still be allowed to lead his team on the field and participate in pre and post-game activities.

The male victim, age 25, admitted that he called the suspect and met him in the wooded area behind the shopping center to buy marijuana. Instead, the suspect pointed a small handgun at the victim and robbed him.
