Police arrested StarNews Circulation Manager Richard Scott Wiggs Monday and charged him with stealing money from the newspaper. According to the StarNews, investigators say he stole more than $100,000 over a two year period. The paper's parent company, The New York Times, say he he stole at least $52,000. Full story...
