A Wilmington man thought he was safe displaying an anti-ballpark campaign sign on his property, but was surprised to find the sign missing over the weekend. Bill Buck says he did not expect his "vote no stadium tax" sign to be stolen. He also did not expect to catch the crime on tape.

In order to make room for Shawne Merriman the Buffalo Bills released Ross on Monday afternoon. Ross was called up to the active roster from the practice squad for Sunday's game against Arizona.

We've heard of "Fearless Felix" and the jump that broke the speed of sound Sunday, but Felix Baumgartner was not the first to make a big jump. Wilmington gastrologist Dr. Joseph Kittinger III was only eight years old when his dad, Air Force Col. Joe Kittenger, jumped 102,800 feet in 1960.
