The Carolina Beach Town Council held a special meeting Tuesday night to discuss ongoing recruitment for an interim Town Manager, and two elected officials' vacancies.
This comes after Mayor Ray Rothrock, Councilman Lonnie Lashley, and Town Manager Tim Owens resigned last week.
