Michael R. Elliott former Chief Financial Officer for Caremerica Inc. based in Leland, pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiring to defraud the Internal Revenue Service. He was indicted in November by a Grand Jury.

It's the video gone viral that's amazing to some but scary for others.
The fishing video taken just across the border in South Carolina shows a large bull shark suprisingly grabbing a fish off a line in the Intracoastal Waterway in Cherry Grove. That has many asking if sharks that big are in the Intracoastal Waterway here as well.
