New Hanover County Commissioners talked trash again today. They discussed a contract with Covanta Energy to refurbish the county's trash incinerator. The Wilmington Regional Film Commission says another production is shooting in Wilmington. "Witches Of East End," starring Julia Ormond, is a new pilot for Lifetime produced by Fox 21. Production offices are opening this week with the 10-day shoot scheduled for mid-October. Full story...
