videoThe basketball season concluded for the North Carolina Tar Heels on Sunday, but the season continues for Miami and Duke. The CAA is about to lose another member school. George Mason is expected to officially announce their plans to join the Atlantic 10 on Monday. After Monday there will only be three founding members of the CAA left: UNCW, James Madison and William & Mary. Plus more!

Gun control supporters rally outside NRA fundraiser

Southeast Elite 24 Classic returns to Port City

videoThe Southeast Elite 24 Classic will be held in Wilmington on March 30th. It'll feature most of the top high school basketball seniors in the eastern part of North Carolina. This year's event will feature a girls game, a boys game, a slam dunk event, a skills contest, a three point shooting contest and three future UNCW Seahawks.

Cape Fear Red Cross looks for volunteers
