Authorities arrest NC man sought for car fire

Caldwell County authorities have arrested a man who they say doused a woman's car with gasoline and set it on fire as she and another person sat inside. Officials say Wayne Burns was arrested during a traffic stop in neighboring Burke County early Friday morning.
