videoOn Tuesday we checked out practice at Trask Coliseum. Buzz Peterson and the UNCW Seahawks need to win four games over a four day stretch to earn a bid to the NCAA Tournament. The odds are against the Seahawks, but stranger things have happened. The UNCW baseball team lost the final game of their west coast trip. On Tuesday we showcased former Hoggard pitcher Bryan Sammons. The lefty beat Clemson in his first career start. Regional play is underway for high school basketball. Check out our preview. Victim's family disappointed with verdict for girlfriend who killed boyfriend

videoThe verdict and sentences are in for a Brunswick County murder case. While the jury did convict Julie Ann English of killing Michael Pate in Supply, it was on a lesser charge. The victim's family is disappointed by that.
