Report finds flaws in red wolf restoration effort

An independent review has found flaws in a 27-year program to restore the endangered red wolf to the wild, including data gathering, the size of the habitat and lack of coordination with local managers. The review by the Wildlife Management Institute was released Thursday. It had been commissioned by federal wildlife officials as they consider whether to continue its efforts to maintain the world's only wild red wolf population in eastern North Carolina. Cosby removed as advisor at High Point University

High Point University has removed Bill Cosby's name from its board of advisors amid of allegations of sexual assault made against him by four women. The High Point Enterprise reports the school announced Thursday that it had removed the 77-year-old comedian's name from its National Board of Advisors, a panel comprised of CEOs, "thought leaders and distinguished visionaries."
