The NC Lottery says 2010 numbers should be available in September.

But one question followed with another question or 2
what about all the funds which the State "borrowed" in order to help balance the budget over the past couple of years?
When does that get repaid?
What more might have been accomplished had the state not used the Lottery fund as a piggie bank for items other than education?
Lotto $$$$
I am not complaining! My 2 that are enrolled in college both received money from the NC Educational Lottery Scholarship. It helped!
