WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Police have identified the body found inside a parked car on the side of busy Wilmington roadway early Wednesday morning. Investigators say the man was 20-year-old Quentin Lamar Curry. He was found along the side of Martin Luther King Parkway near Kornegay Avenue.
Police say Curry died from a self-inflicted gun shot. Though they believe he may have committed suicide, an investigation is underway.
Police say Curry may have been involved in a crash a few blocks away on Spaulding Drive before ending up on MLK.
