A ruling Wednesday on one of state Senator Julia Boseman's property foreclosures took place.
Boseman owes more than $350,000 in unpaid loans and fees on the property at 5917 Oleander Drive. That location once housed her law practice.
The court ruled that the property will be auctioned off on December 9th.
Boseman did not appear at Wednesday's hearing. The Senator and real estate attorney still has other properties in foreclosure. A spokesman for her campaign said the foreclosures are fallout from Boseman's recent financial problems stemming from the break-up with her former domestic partner.
