Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:
2 10 oz. pkgs. Frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can Italian recipe stewed tomatoes
2 eggs
Cheddar cheese – shredded
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender.
Beat eggs, soup, tomatoes together. Add broccoli. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
For extra cheesy, add cheddar cheese to the broccoli/soup mixture. You can use most of an 8 oz. package in the broccoli/soup mixture, and the rest plus another 8 oz. package for the topping.
