"No Parking" signs have gone up in Leland neighborhoods, but not in all of them. That will soon change, according to the town manager.
"A month before the incident, Jake actually taught me how to apply a tourniquet with his prior EMS certification which is ironic that I'd be using that same skill that he taught me a month later," Officer Charles McGee, said.
