On 6 March 2010, undercover officers made direct contact with Mr. Richardson. Ultimately, Mr. Richardson invited the undercover officers into their apartment and sold the officer mushrooms and marijuana. Officers obtained a search warrant for the residence for execution on the evening of 6 Mar 2010. Upon completion of the search of the residence evidence was seized indicating Mr. Roussard and Ms. Richardson were operating the largest home mushroom grow operation ever seen in the county. Normally mushrooms are grown in rural areas, harvested and sold after processing. This operation included the injection of spores into processing balls, which acted like manure allowing continual harvesting of mushrooms. Evidence of the complete evolution from spores, harvesting material, cultivation of corn injected with spores and the harvesting of products were found inside the apartment.

thats pathetic that someone
thats pathetic that someone who would do that to a child goes free while these folks get the royal shaft for something that god put here to use. ill agree our freedoms are going out the window. i read another article on this same story and the sheriff or whatever said ppl are overdosing on these mushrooms, however a little fact finding will reveal the lethal dose of psilocybin to be at least a thousand times the active "high" dose, an amount which the human stomach cannot possibly hold, making overdose of magic mush basically impossible. the drug laws of this nation only serve to enrich the drug cartels to a point where the only way to stop them is to legalize, regulate and tax drugs, get addicts real help and not jail time, i could go on and on but who would listen?
mushrooms or children
I saw on the newscast last night that these people are in jail on over a 300,000.00 bond....I read a couple of weeks ago that the sorry piece of crap from Fayettville that was charged with trafficing her 5 year old daughter who was later found dead last year is out of jail on a 51,000.00 bond!! Why is a human life, an innocent one less important than a mushroom or even an animal? Our country is sickening to me when I hear of this kind of system and government that we live in today.
I guess this means no more
I guess this means no more mushrooms for me for a while. It's amazing how much we are controlled in our personal lives and just let it happen. What I do with my free time should be my own business, not local authorities or government. I guess I will just sit here and watch while freedom after freedom is taken away.
