Ceasar Laurean fighting extradition to US

Cesar Laurean's attorney said his client is fighting extradition to the United States. Dick McNeil said the Marine accused of killing a pregnant fellow Marine has filed an extradition appeal in a Mexican court. In September, state officials said a Mexican court approved returning Laurean to the US. Laurean is charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of Marine Lance Corporal Maria Lauterbach, who was eight months pregnant when she was killed late last year. Her remains were found in Laurean's backyard near Camp Lejeune where both Marines served as clerks. Laurean was arrested in Mexico in April.

Intern stealing papers

What ever happened to the intern that was caught with papers regading this case. They say he was selling them. But I haven't heard a thing after that.

Coward and a fool

Mexico will not extradite to the US unless the death penalty is taken off the table. The most he will receive will be life. What an idiot!

Such A Coward

This low life is such a coward. Brave enough to kill a 9 month pregnant female but too big a coward to come to the US and face the music!! I do hope that some other low life in a jail somewhere will take care of "the problem" and save the taxpayers a lot of money for extradition and trying his sorry rear end!!

Eye for an Eye

I agree. To have such a cold heart to take 2 precious lives. All she wanted to do was give birth and life to her baby and both were snatched away. You repeat what you sow in life. He does not deserve to live. It needs to get back to when someone takes a life their life should be taken the same way.
