one tire

Just quoting the article; how is it that just one of the front tires rolled forward? Did it come off the bus and hit the child, or did the entire bus roll forward?

Such a tragedy should not exist

My heart and prayers go out to the boy and his family. Hopefully he will have a full recovery. My heart also goes out to the bus driver as this was an obvious unintentional mistake and such a horrible thing to endure for all involved.
