WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- A Wilmington man will spend the next 28 years in federal prison for manufacturing child pornography. Twenty-six-year-old Christopher Hannigan will be on supervised release for life after once he gets out.
Investigators arrested Hannigan last year after he sent sexually explicit material including child porn Hannigan had recorded to a New Hampshire police officer posing as a 14-year-old boy.
What a low life
here's hoping his incarceration is at a severe facility and not a country club setting with no parole.
