I will contact Charter about this problem. We are currently airing our newscast in a Widescreen SD format and we do have to switch back and forth due to commercials and some programs that are not in this same format. This is why you are seeing it change from time to time. If you are not seeing it in widescreen format now, they may be taking our signal from the wrong source.
