The new criteria health inspectors have been using the last couple of months for restaurant inspections seem to be making a difference. Again this week there are no low performers in our Kitchen Cops report and just one high performer.
 
That high score belongs to the Hotel/Restaurant Management Lab at Cape Fear Community College in Downtown Wilmington. A half point off because the ceiling vents were dusty. But add back two points for workers passing a food safety course and a total of 101-point-five.
