It is perfectly legal to ride a bike on all roads in this state except Interstates or where otherwise posted. That is why I ride on every single road in this county and do not ever get a ticket. This is a good example of the sort of blatant ignorance that good tax paying people like myself have to deal with all the time. If you don't know the law, stay off my road, please! I didn't pay for it for the likes of you!
