...provide you with a magical bubble to protect you from jubilant tourists in a hurry, using River Rd. to get to the beach, not expecting to come around a curve and encounter a much slower, and much vulnerable cyclist in the portion of the roadway designated for cars to travel within?
I may have the right to operate my bike in the road, but I move off to the side of the road. I am not stubborn enough that I won't consider a motorist not paying attention.
