bike paths for the health of our children. upper class neighborhood with more money first what about the parents who have to drive thru gang land, murders row,wanted ave, etc,etc. lets make sure that we accomidate the neighborhood and schools that need it the least first.. who makes these decisions? i'm sure that it has to do with "who" lives in the area. $44,000.00 could go a long way to improve the overall safety of schools for example, if we gave that 44k to the police would that be enough to find and arrest all of the outstanding warrants in the creekwood area? ya gotta love the priorities of our city governing body. who is watching wilmington??
