Update on Allison Foy murder

After years of investigating, authorities have determined that Allison Jackson Foy was stabbed to death. The 34 year old Wilmington woman disappeared over two years ago and her remains were found this past spring off Carolina Beach Road. Autopsy results found multiple stab wounds in her bones and clothing that were recovered from the scene. Foy's remains were recovered earlier this spring in woods off Carolina Beach Road. They were found there along with remains of Angela Rothen, who went missing around the same time. Both cases are still open.
