Aren't there more pressing financial concerns that could have been addressed with $12M. I guess a park in the mountians is more important then the folks barely meeting their monthly financial obligations. ei..groceries, rent(mortgages), homeless, food banks..... I don't believe our elected officials are acting in the best interest of the general public.
