Usually a restaurant's operation is a reflection of the owners commitment to service, quality and cleanliness. The Service was wonderful at Tangerine Grill, the Quality was average, and the Cleanliness was atrocious. How could the owner of a BRAND NEW venue allow the Health aspect to get so bad in such a short time that the place is shut down ?? It didn't even have time to get dirty !!! I don't know the owner, but I think that until the OWNERSHIP changes (and it will after this fiasco), it'll be my decision to be content to visit the other fine establishments at Carolina and Kure Beaches who make an effort to run a good overall business.
