It is a broken record, having LEOs incarcerated in 100 counties in NC. It's like, criminals apply... (and get accepted) so they can protect themselves and know if they and their "friends" are under investigation. I believe you have to fail the personality test to get in B.L.E.T. You don't here much anymore about the Federal Marshall's oversight of the NHCSD for having one of the largest unsolved backlog of murder and violent crime cases... in the State. I want my money back.
