Immigration judges determine whether people charged with violating immigration laws are kicked out of the United States. If I owe taxes I don't have to go before a judge I am forced to pay them. If I get a speeding ticket I have to pay. What is there to determine about these law breakers? Our country has been invaded and we are forced to use our tax money to determine if they leave the counry or not.
