WILMINGTON -- A man who terrorized delivery drivers in 2005 will spend at least eight years behind bars.
Twenty-two-year-old Corey Newins admitted robbing four delivery drivers last summer.
In each case Newins called in a delivery order and asked the driver to bring change for a hundred.
When the driver got there, Newins would point a gun at him and demand cash.
Thursday in court one victim testified against Newins.
Robbery victim Jeff Hand said, "This is the third freaking time I've been robbed and I'm tired of losing money. So I'm glad they caught him, because hopefully now I'll get a check."
Prosecutors say a friend turned Newins in.
Newins's attorney says he robbed people to support a drug habit.
