look at his convictions (rape, kidnapping, escape) He shouldnt have been anywhere close to the public until his time was finished. Felon's are a deemed a threat to society when they are fleeing. Im fairly sure they use shotguns b/c is a mass casualty weapon. They are normally outnumbered and the shotgun they use is considered one of the top 10 shotguns of all time according to Field and Stream (if its still the Remington 870). Im glad they locked the schools down better safe than sorry.
