will it be in nightly patrol patterns over some specific areas in Wilmington in an effort to curb gang violence? Will it have drug or gun detection devices to allow Officers to hone in on those nightly shootings and drug based gang activities we read about in this site? It shold be fairly easy to use statistics to identify the nights of the week on which the crimes and shootings typically occur. Or, will it be up in pursuit after the deed as ocurred, much like closing the barn door after the horse has taken off.
