There is an update on the man caught red handed stealing a DVD player from a Wilmington church. Reporter John Rendleman was shooting an interview nearby when a man took off with the stolen equipment. We aired the video, and a viewer called in saying the man in question was Jamall Davis. We forwarded the tip to police, but they say the Central Church of Christ declined to press charges against Davis in exchange for his agreement to seek counseling for substance abuse.
