Section 8 recipients fear moving to Creekwood

As we first told you yesterday on NewsChannel 3, the Wilmington Housing Authority is looking for people currently receiving section 8 housing assistance to voluntarily give up their vouchers, and move into public housing. Tonight we take a look at why some people are hesitant to move.
