North Carolina State campus police say they know who spray-painted racist graffiti aimed at Barack Obama on campus Wednesday. Thursday, hundreds of students turned out at a rally to condemn the words. The language was spray-painted inside the Free Expression Tunnel on campus early Wednesday morning. Police said four people wrote the words, such as "shoot Obama". Because the language threatened president-elect Obama, the Secret Service was called. Both federal and local investigators interviewed the four individuals. They will not be charged.
