"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." this is a copy of the first ammendment of the constitution. now where in there does it say "thou shall make no racial statements about thy neighbor." It doesn't. Someone could write a racial slur on the side of their house. Does it make them a bigot? yes. Does it make them ignorant? yes. Are they breaking the law? Not according to this. The four individuals in this article were not charged. Therefore, obviously they didn't break the law right? See, Obama hasn't taken the oath of office yet and he is already trying to take people's rights away. I'm not a racist and would never write those kind of slurs about anyone. The people who wrote this obviously have some serious issues. But when you start taking away people's freedom of speech, yours could be the next to go. Think about it.
