Local election boards still counting up final vote totals

The votes become official Friday night. Local election boards have been working through out the day to count up all the final vote totals. Elections officials had to add in all of the provisional ballots to make sure no outcomes were changed with all the votes counted. So far Bladen, Brunswick, and New Hanover counties have reported that no outcomes were changed in their races. Columbus and Pender counties are yet to report their final numbers.
