have been NOTHING but happy with BOA. Been with them for 12 years now. Have a mortgage, CC, bank account, savings and money market... The issue is..there ISN'T A BANK IN THIS COUNTRY that hasn't or doesn't make mistakes like this on a DAILY basis. If you think banks are perfect...you need to wake up from Neverland. As far as local banks are concerned...LOL..in THIS economy...you better stick with the big boys!
