Did this kid have any marks on him? If not, one might want to look into weather or not the teacher had ever had these type of complaints before. Does this child have behavior problems? If in fact, the school thought for one minute that the teacher has assulted the student, she would have been removed. Seeing as how it was looked at and dropped so quickly, it looks lke the child is the problem. No child at the age of 9 should be taught to question authority. He should be taught to respect authority!!! His father tells us alot.
