In the article, the child said he was being bullied by several other students while using the water fountain. Sounds like the child may be fabricating something to keep from getting his butt beat by classmates. It has been a long time since I was in school, but this does happen and instead of blaming fellow students, the child places the blame on a teacher or other adult. How convenient? Get to the bottom of it and talk to the other children in line during this supposed incident. Not too many teachers out there who would hit a child and keep their job. But since it is Columbus County who knows what will happen. Good luck to both
